Villa Mowana

Villa Mowana is located on the first row to the sea.

On its spacious terraces, whilst drinking your morning coffee in perfect tranquillity or having a cocktail with friends and family whilst watching the sunset, you will enjoy the stunning panoramic views of the crystal-clear Adriatic Sea with the Kornati islands beyond.

Villa Mowana is an ultra-high specification modern villa built in 2023, with stylish furnishings. You can comfortably enjoy the natural quiet atmosphere that will give you a sense of the true Mediterranean spirit of living.

A maximum of 8 people can stay in the villa. You have 270 m2 of living space at your disposal to enjoy total rest and relaxation.

On the ground floor, there is a living room that includes a corner sofa, two-seater, coffee table, and TV. There is a modern and fully equipped high-gloss kitchen where you can comfortably prepare meals for the whole family, and it also has a breakfast bar with 3 stools for more informal dining. In the dining room, there is a dining table which seats 8 comfortably.

Also on the ground floor is a separate cloakroom and fun filled games room where you can have fun playing billiards, and the youngest will be delighted by the Playstation games console.

On the 1st floor, you will be comfortably accommodated in 3 light and spacious, beautifully designed bedrooms, 2 of those have single beds, which if requested, can be joined together to make doubles and ensuite shower rooms. The 3rd bedroom has a King size double bed and ensuite shower room and a delightful terrace with seating area.

On the 2nd floor, there is the fourth or perhaps more aptly named “Master Bedroom” with King size double bed, ensuite bathroom with a shower and a standalone bath and doors leading out to a very large terrace with outstanding views over the beautiful Adriatic.

The ground floor outdoor terrace will be an area where you will be totally relaxed, enjoying the heated pool of 39 m2 and 1.5 meters deep. Next to the pool is a sunbathing area with 8 deckchairs, a romantic jacuzzi, and covered seating. You can also use the outdoor gas grill, and dine at the outdoor dining table for 8 people.

Additional features of the Mowana villa include a washing machine, tumble dryer and iron situated in the utility room. A child’s feeding chair and baby cot.

The courtyard of the villa is completely enclosed and offers 3 private parking spaces with an electric car charging point. The entrance to the courtyard is through a secure electric gate.
